Tentative Schedule

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 19
Annenberg Presidential Conference Center

Career Fair Tables  9:00 AM – NOON
This session is open to all firms looking to hire students for full-time careers and for internships. Space will be limited and advance registration is required.

Lunch
 NOON – 1:00PM

Student Showcase Presentations
 1:00 – 3:00PM
This new element of our event is designed to help our students grow in their presentation skills while engaging with industry professionals. Students will be provided a financial planning case and solution in advance, then assigned a 20-minute slot on October 19 to present their plan. 

TEDx Style Talks
 3:30 – 4:30PM
A long-time crowd favorite, this session features a blend of recent former students, seasoned industry professionals, and industry experts who share insightful messages with our audience.

Networking & Welcome Reception 
4:30 – 5:30PM
Attendees are invited to network and enjoy light hors d’oeuvres before we move into the evening events.

Student Recognition & Awards Banquet
 6:00 – 8:00PM
Come help us celebrate our outstanding students while networking with industry professionals and program supporters. Scholarship winners will be recognized and outstanding former students will be celebrated for their achievements.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 20

Interview Sessions 
8:00AM – 4:00PM | Texas A&M Career Center
These sessions are available to sponsors and firms participating in the Career Fair session on Thursday. Companies who wish to interview students on Friday will schedule interviews with students during the Career Fair on Thursday. All interview sessions will take place at the Texas A&M Career Center.

Former Student Networking
 
Former students staying in town for the weekend are encouraged to network. Bryan-College Station has grown significantly over the past few years and boasts a wide variety of attractions such as Big Shots Golf, BCS Axe House, Century Square, and more. Check out Visit College Station and Destination Bryan for more information.

Advisory Board Meeting (by invitation only) TBD

Advisory Board members will be meeting to provide guidance, feedback, and suggestions for the program.

Locations

Thursday, October 19: Annenberg Presidential Conference Center
All events will take place at the Annenberg Presidential Conference Center, located on the Texas A&M University campus in College Station, Texas.

Friday, October 20: Texas A&M Career Center
For sponsoring companies and students participating in interview sessions on Friday, all interview sessions are scheduled to take place at the Texas A&M Career Center. Our office will coordinate room reservations for sponsors with the Career Center.
