WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 18

Aggie Planner Advisory Board Meeting (by invitation)
Advisory Board members will be meeting to provide guidance, feedback, and suggestions for the program.

Aggie Planner Happy Hour | Block T Bar & Grill 6:00 – 7:30PM
Join us for a pre-event happy hour hosted by the Aggie Planner Advisory Board at the Block T Bar & Grill located on the second floor of the Texas A&M Hotel & Conference Center. All conference attendees, industry professionals, sponsors, and former students are invited to attend. Attendees can park in the Gene Stallings Boulevard Garage.

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 19
Annenberg Presidential Conference Center

Career Fair Tables 9:00 AM – NOON
This session is open to sponsoring firms looking to hire students for full-time careers and for internships. Space is limited and advance registration is required. We encourage all students who aspire to pursue careers in financial services to attend the Career Fair. This event offers a valuable opportunity to meet with financial firms, explore potential full-time job opportunities, and learn about internship possibilities.

Lunch NOON – 1:00PM

Student Showcase & Elevator Pitch Competitions 1:00 – 3:00PM
This new element of our event is designed to help our students grow in their presentation skills through mentorship provided by current industry experts. It also enables hiring professionals a rare opportunity to see a potential candidate’s planning ability and presentation potential in action.

TEDx Style Talks 3:30 – 4:30PM
A long-time crowd favorite, this session features a blend of industry experts, professional speakers, and former students who share inspirational insights, unique perspectives on life as a financial planner, and emerging industry trends.

Networking & Welcome Reception 4:30 – 5:30PM
Attendees are invited to network and enjoy light hors d’oeuvres before we move into the evening banquet.

Student Recognition & Awards Banquet 6:00 – 8:00PM
Come help us celebrate our outstanding students while networking with industry professionals and program supporters. Scholarship winners will be recognized and outstanding former students will be celebrated for their achievements.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 20

Interview Sessions 8:00AM – 4:00PM | Texas A&M Career Center
These sessions are available to sponsors and firms participating in the Career Fair session on Thursday. Companies who wish to interview students on Friday will schedule interviews with students during the Career Fair on Thursday. All interview sessions will take place at the Texas A&M Career Center.

Network With The Nation’s Top Financial Planners!
Aggie planners from across the country will come together at this event not only to gain inspiration from the next generation but also to connect with each other. These connections can lead to valuable insights, collaborations, and business opportunities. Throughout the conference and the day following it, there will be numerous chances to engage in meaningful networking.
Bryan-College Station has grown significantly over the past few years, and professionals staying in town for the weekend are encouraged to network with each other while enjoying one of the many activities the twin cities have to offer! Thursday, October 19: Annenberg Presidential Conference Center
All events will take place at the Annenberg Presidential Conference Center, located on the Texas A&M University campus in College Station, Texas.

Friday, October 20: Texas A&M Career Center
For sponsoring companies and students participating in interview sessions on Friday, all interview sessions are scheduled to take place at the Texas A&M Career Center. Our office will coordinate room reservations for sponsors with the Career Center.

Registration

Industry Professional Individual Attendee | $100
Includes access to lunch, all afternoon events, the Networking Reception and Awards Banquet, and all day parking in a reserved lot near event venue on October 19. Individual attendee registration does not include a table at the Career Fair or an interview room on Friday.

Group and Sponsor Packages | All slots have been filled
All packages include access the Career Fair, afternoon events, the Networking Reception and Awards Banquet, and all day parking in a reserved lot near event venue. Capacity is limited for Career Fair tables, so registration may become unavailable. All packages include at least one reserved interview room at the Career Center on Friday, October 20.

Student Attendees
Student registration is open and limited to currently enrolled students at Texas A&M University.
