2019 Sponsor Interview Day Info

OCTOBER 24 & 25, 2019
Hilton College Station & Conference Center  |  College Station, TX

Thank you for your interest in helping us build and inspire the next generation of financial planners. Your sponsorship dollars help us create a high quality conference that many of our students would never get to experience without your help.

Our students are eager to get involved with the financial planning profession through internships and jobs. As a sponsor, you have the opportunity to meet our exceptional students and find talent that is a perfect fit for your firm or practice.

If you are looking to hire students for full-time positions or summer internships, our Interview Day on Thursday, October 24, 2019 is the perfect opportunity for you.

Interview Sessions

Pre-scheduled interview sessions will take place at the University Career Center throughout the day on Thursday, October 24. In order to participate in the interview sessions on Thursday, your company will need to register as a sponsor no later than September 14. Students will be ready to start applying for open positions on September 1. The application window closes October 11 to give your company time to review résumés and select students you want to interview.

A welcome reception and recognition banquet where we award student scholarships and recognize our event sponsors will be held Thursday night. The banquet gives your company an opportunity to connect with students and continue the interview process.

Sponsorship Levels
We have sponsorship levels for every budget. We strive to make this event as student-focused as possible while providing your company a chance to engage with our students. If you are unsure which level you would like to pursue, compare the benefits of each Sponsorship Opportunity.
