Lane Keller ’80 and Phyllis Keller ’80 are proud supporters of the Financial Planning Program and have provided operational funds for the Financial Planning Program.
In recognition of their support, the R. L. “Bo” Keller Excellence in Financial Planning Conference Room was officially dedicated on September 11. Located in the Agriculture and Life Science Building, the conference room is named in honor of Lane’s father.
The desire for excellence in financial planning has been in the Keller family for years. R.L. “Bo” Keller founded Williams, Keller and Harrison in 1969. Lane followed his father’s footsteps and formed KMH Wealth Management LLC, to provide financial planning, wealth management and investment services in Victoria, Texas. In addition to KHM Wealth Management, the Kellers also own Keller & Associates CPAs.
During the dedication ceremony, Dr. Bill Dugas, Associate Vice Chancellor and Associate Dean, expressed his gratitude for the Keller’s gift.
“This room was designed to not only attract potential faculty and students, but to also provide an environment that embodies the land-grant mission by supporting research, extension and teaching efforts,” Dugas said.
An official plaque is now affixed outside the R. L. “Bo” Keller Excellence in Financial Planning Conference Room.
A Great Big Gig’em to the Keller’s for their support of the Financial Planning Program!
